Run a straightforward inventory fully offline, with barcode scanning and clean XLSX results—no ERP or permanent internet connection required.
Inventory app by Elmvick
Inventory by Elmvick gives every team a choice: keep the entire count fully offline, or use Cloud Inventory to invite Android counters, receive scans live, and follow progress as it happens. Import product data, scan locations and barcodes, and export clean XLSX results for review or ERP/WMS use.
Two ways to run inventory
Use Inventory by Elmvick without an ERP and without a connection, or connect a larger team through ERP/WMS files, controlled recounts, PC Master, and live cloud counting.
Run a straightforward inventory fully offline, with barcode scanning and clean XLSX results—no ERP or permanent internet connection required.
Connect ERP/WMS imports and exports, audit trails, blind recounts, PC Master consolidation, live cloud counting, and manager-ready reports.
Cloud Inventory · Available now
Cloud Inventory is separate from the offline workflow. Managers can create a cloud inventory in a personal workspace, while counters join from Android and send scans live. The cloud architecture is also prepared for future company workspaces.
The manager starts an inventory in a personal cloud workspace and keeps control of the expected data and incoming count.
Generate invitation links or codes for counters instead of distributing shared credentials or collecting files manually.
Links under inventory.elmvick.com/join/... can open the Android app directly and guide the counter into the right cloud inventory.
Counters scan products and locations on Android, then send each update to the manager as the count moves forward.
The manager dashboard receives live counting data and makes progress, gaps, and unexpected items easier to review.
Accurate live progress
Cloud progress compares scanned expected items with the imported expectation. Each expected line is identified by item + location/zone, not by item code alone, so the same product can be tracked correctly across several areas.
See the percentage of expected item-and-zone lines already scanned, without false completion caused by matching the same item in another area.
When every zone is imported from a separate file, the file name can be used as the zone identifier and carried into progress reporting.
View progress by zone or location, highlight incomplete areas, and surface items that were scanned but were not expected in the import.
PC Master version
Inventory by Elmvick PC Master is made for larger companies where multiple employees count stock on their own phones, send final Excel exports to a manager, and the manager needs one clean master file.
From the desktop app, managers can merge warehouse files, review discrepancies, export second or third recounts as PDF, create Android recount packages for phones, and prepare a final ERP export with the exact column names their ERP or WMS expects.
Bring in Excel exports from multiple warehouse phones and consolidate them into one master merge.
Compare counts, identify suspicious rows, and generate focused recount work instead of restarting the full inventory.
Export second or third recount lists as PDF, or as an Android package that phones can import for discrepancy-only recounts.
Customize the final upload columns so item codes, quantities, values, currencies, and locations match your ERP format.
The reality
Stock counting usually happens away from the desk: in aisles, storage rooms, warehouses, vans, shelves, and back offices. Inventory by Elmvick is designed for that physical work.
Many companies need to stop normal work, prepare files in advance, and coordinate people carefully just to complete a count.
After counting, teams often depend on manual spreadsheet work, lookups, pivots, and cleanup before the results are actually useful.
The more complicated the process becomes, the easier it is to lose track of duplicates, locations, quantities, and responsibility.
Who it is for
The app can be used as a simple inventory tool on its own, or as a counting companion beside an existing ERP or WMS when the physical count needs to move faster.
Count stock without buying a large system or building fragile spreadsheet templates from scratch.
Give staff a focused mobile workflow for scanning locations, products, quantities, and corrections.
Use exported product data as the starting point, then bring clean count results back for reconciliation.
Workflow
The visible workflow stays simple, while the app handles duplicate checks, location control, imported quantities, descriptions, and final XLSX report preparation behind the scenes.
Bring in product codes, descriptions, and expected quantities from Excel or CSV files before the count starts.
Scan or enter the location, scan barcodes, adjust quantities, and keep every entry tied to the correct place.
When the inventory is complete, export a full XLSX workbook with counted quantities, imported quantities, differences, user names, assigned areas, and product details.

Why it matters
Inventory by Elmvick is focused on one job: helping teams count stock cleanly, quickly, and with less manual correction afterward. It can work beside an existing ERP or WMS, or act as a practical inventory tool for smaller businesses.
Scan locations and products with a mobile-first flow designed for speed, clear feedback, and fewer interruptions on the warehouse floor.
Inventory work should not stop just because signal is weak. The app is built with offline-first thinking so teams can keep moving when it matters most.
