Configuration depends on the number of catalog positions, incoming data quality, inventory zones, export formats, counting rules, and requested integrations. Supermarkets, warehouses, and stores with more than 10,000 positions require a preliminary analysis and a custom quotation.

Prices and VAT status
All prices are in lei and are final prices. VAT does not apply while Elmvick Software SRL remains non-VAT-registered.
Third-party costs
Parts, licenses, hosting, domains, consumables, and advertising budgets are not included.
Travel
Travel is included within Slatina. Outside the city, travel is 2 lei/km round trip, with a minimum of 50 lei.
Urgent or out-of-hours work
Urgent or out-of-hours work may carry a 50% surcharge.
Larger work
Work above 500 lei receives a written offer and requires an advance payment.
Possible launch promotion
Launch prices may be declared valid until 31 December 2026 or for the first 10 customers. This is a possible promotional condition, not an automatically active offer.
